Charming House in Recloses

Charming house set back on the prettiest square of Recloses. In a quiet and characterful village, you will enjoy its location on the edge of the forest of Fontainebleau and ideally benefit from a GR hiking trail starting on the side of the house.

House of 67 m² old, renovated two years ago, it consists of two bedrooms in a row upstairs, very bright and sunny all day long with a view of the square and its elms. The bathroom is also upstairs equipped with a shower and a toilet.

On the first floor, you will have a fitted kitchen and a living/dining room where you can enjoy a very friendly insert fireplace.

At the front of the house, you can enjoy the private terrace in the morning to have your breakfast in peace or have a barbecue in the evening under the stars.

It should be noted that the small shed located on the first floor, equipped with an additional toilet, on the side of the house will also be at your disposal.

Finally, parking for 2 vehicles is possible in front of the house.

The property was as described, but the shower area was a bit dirty and no night curtains (only net for daytime) on the bedroom windows was a drawback. Also a very noisy bathroom ventilator pump, but I know that is not unusual

Perfect for us and the dog who loved the woods

Lovely would definitely recommend if you want to be by the countryside and Fontainebleau . The bathroom has had an update from the pics as I recall which has been done very tastefully.
