Our vacation home is located in a gated community on Muro Alto beach, Porto de Galinhas. Condominium: Beachfront, 24-hour security on the beachfront and inside the property. House: 7 suites, one suite on the first floor and 6 suites on the upper floor. The house accommodates up to 22 people. Daily rate for 16 people; above this number, an extra INDIVIDUAL fee per PERSON is charged. Outdoor area: Salt-treated pool, complete barbecue area. Rental ALWAYS includes a housekeeper: WE DO NOT RENT WITHOUT A HOUSEKEEPER. Daily rate per housekeeper: R$ 180.00 (low season). For groups of 12 or more people, it is NECESSARY to hire 2 housekeepers: a cook and a house housekeeper. * ENERGY: consumption paid by the guest per KW x R$ 1.40 per consumption. Payment via Pix at checkout.
