Amazing place. The staff did not speak English, but made us feel welcome and the kids camp crew kept them busy all day long, every day. Breakfast is great and all food options are on rotation so they don’t get old. Close proximity to downtown Porto de Galinhas makes Uber trips easy.

Beautiful resort

The bungalow was facing the ocean it had an outside area with a hot tub, sitting area and a swing. The room was very comfortable. The customer service was phenomenal, everyone was very friendly. At night they had music by the pool. Overall the entire resort is beautiful and family friendly. The downside was the we had a problem with the shower it kept backing up.

The property itself is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The resort is 10-15min away (by car) from downtown Porto de Galinha where all stores and restaurants are; therefore either you have to have a car, a rental, or use uber. Which is all right, if you are prepared for it… just be aware! The beach around the resort is nice and much less busy then the ones around downtown Porto de Galinhas, which is very pleasant. Overall we loved our stay!

The hotel outside areas are amazing. The swimming and it is just few feets from the beach. The only things need to be done is some updates on the toilets inside the rooms. The are old. so the walks near the shower door looks a bit dirty.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it.

I absolutely recommend it.

The hotel is great. The only “con” that I found is that, being a 4 star hotel, the rooms were located in 2 floor buildings without elevators. It was not a problem for me as the hotel staff carried the luggage up the stairs. And I could see that the visitors who were not able to climb the stairs in the ground floor. So no big deal. Hotel staff were super nice and helpful. The food was great too. I recommend it 100%.

O café da manhã era muito top. A tapioca e os omeletes feitos na hora foram o ponto alto. Poderiam melhorar um pouco a limpeza dos quartos. A impressão é que embaixo das camas não limpavam. O hotel é bonito, paisagismo, piscinas, praia boa. Tem shows todas as noites, comida excelente, equipe prestativa e educada. Os quartos sào antigos, banheiro desgastado, ar condicionado imprestável e barulhento, juntando todos daria uma orquestra. Está na hora de trocar tudo. Praia boa e bem localizada. Uma situação desagradável foi um drink Margarita que pedi na noite de 19 de dezembro no bar na piscina. O atendente não adicionou limão e não agitou a coqueteleira com gelo. Serviu me um purgante, um desastre. Precisam dar curso de bar man para os funcionários.

Terceiro ano seguido e a excelência continua no Hotel Village. A estrutura do hotel dispensa comentários, quartos, banheiros, restaurantes e recepção sempre muito limpos, aconchegantes, várias piscinas para dar aquela refrescada e muitas barracas com acesso pé na areia para curtir o belíssimo mar da Praia do Cupe. Os restaurantes contam com excelentes opções desde frutos do mar até carnes e frangos e excelente sobremesas, com possibilidade de pedir no restaurante ao lado da recepção ou se não quiser interromper o bronzeado, pedir direto das mesas ao redor da piscina ou na praia. Destaque também para o restaurante Pindorama que funciona a noite com excelentes pratos criativos e com muito sabor. O time de recreação para o público infantil sempre tem atividades para distrair a criançada! Além disso, o hotel conta com uma equipe extremamente qualificada, competente, além da simpatia característica do povo nordestino, no qual em nome de todos posso agradecer e destacar os grandes Ivanildo (gerente), Arthur, Kleberson e Rayssa (garçons) e mantendo sempre nosso quarto impecável a grande camareira Nai. E pra manter a energia e a diversão os hóspedes podem sempre contar com shows ao vivo seja na área da piscina ou na boate do hotel. E claro, não menos importante, a alegria e a vibe dos adultos e do hotel que mantém o nome do Village no destaque da região não seria igual se não tivessem eles, os mitos, as lendas, Vitor Joelho de Diamante e Chocolate Rei da Batera.
