All is set up for an enjoyable, worry free stay

We went as a family where we had different interests in our group such as swimming, night life, and just loafing in the beach, we were all happy with what we got. You can stay near the big pool during the day if you like the noise of organized activities or you can use one of the comfortable palapas if you value a quiet environment. It is all one step from the beach and the bars. Food was not sophisticated but good quality and variation, with restaurants open at all times. Spa had great options and was overall a very good experience. Staff was very helpful an non-intrusive.

Overpriced for the amenities. Serious renovation is needed. Leaky shower, toilet and sink in our room 156. I would not stay again for $300 a night. Overpriced Staff is nice, friendly, and work hard!

O hotel está passando por mudanças de gestão e reforma. Isso se reflete em funcionários perdidos, falta de informação sobre as atividades (principalmente as noturnas) e espaços em manutenção constante. Por ser um resort de rede grande, esperávamos um serviço muito mais alinhado ao nome. Para piorar, tive uma intoxicação alimentar, que fez com que eu perdesse praticamente metade das minhas diárias trancado no quarto. Particularmente, não será minha opção na próxima visita à Recife.

Hotel precisa de algumas manutenções pontuais, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Equipe de funcionários muito capacitada e educada, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Áreas comuns limpas, porém quartos e banheiros poderiam ter uma limpeza mais criteriosa. Equipe de animação nota 10, muito educados e super competentes. Spa de qualidade, com opções diversas de tratamentos. Ponto negativo: o resort deveria oferecer shampoo e condicionador separadamente, esse é um item que faz falta, e infelizmente não fomos avisados com antecedência sobre a falta do mesmo (enviei inúmeras mensagens antes da viagem e não recebi resposta). Alimentação e bebidas condizentes com um resort 5 estrelas, itens de qualidade e pratos preparados com capricho.

Para um resort 5 estrelas esperava mais. Todos os dias são servidos a mesma coisa no café da manhã e de petisco na piscina, o Restaurante temático não existe, o mesmo que serve no restaurante geral é o que está sendo servido no temático e pelo que vimos, em baixa temporada eles não abrem todos, porq estava vazio o resort e falaram que não tinha vaga para o restaurante. Quando fui ao restaurante a mesma comida que comi lá estava sendo servida no restaurante principal, ficamos decepcionados, melhor nem dizer que tem restaurante temático para reserva é fazer o hóspede de bobo. As atividades com criança são pontuais ( 10h escultura de areia ) 14h cinema etc, os tios não observam, não fazem cadastro, não pegam telefone. Meus filhos estavam andando sozinhos pelo resort para me encontrar depois do cinema. Os drinks, quase todos que você pede não tem ou está falando algo. As atividades a noite são fraquissimas. A banheira do nosso quarto estava com problema e ninguém foi resolver. Pontos positivos: funcionários prestativos e educados. Praia ótima para criança. Minha filha mesmo com 9 anos amou a piscina infantil. Quarto espaçoso.

Pontos negativos: Acabou o chope, o moscatel, o brut branco e rosé, sem reposição no dia. Falta variedade dos alimentos do bar da piscina (que por sinal, tem filas grandes). Sem sinalização dos ambientes (ex: caminho pro banheiro) e sem informação dos eventos. As informações sobre os horários de fechamento dos bares também são precárias. Ambientes muito escuros, principalmente a área da praia e da piscina. A piscina fecha cedo. Impossível reservar o restaurante. Cheiro/perfume do hotel era muito forte, acabou sendo enjoativo. Pontos positivos: Praia maravilhosa. Hotel grande e confortável. Quarto confortável, cama boa. Checkin e checkout fáceis e rápidos. Funcionários prestativos e receptivos (mesmo sem saber dar muitas informações). Drinks variados. Comida saborosa e farta. Shows divertidos.

No site descreve uma variedade de marcas de cerveja, não tinha todas as marcas descrita no site. Tinha apenas 2 opções, e no geral estava sempre quente. Pra pegar os drinks sempre tinha fila, na minha opinião falta funcionário para o tanto de hóspede. Os restaurantes que eles dão cortesia estão sempre lotados, nós fomos fazer a reserva logo que chegamos e só conseguimos reserva para o dia de vir embora, 1 hora antes de sairmos, por pouco não tinha vaga. Os pontos positivos são o café da manhã achei delicioso e com grande variedade, almoço e jantar tbm gostei bastante, os quartos sempre limpos e o espaço da piscina e redes são uma delícia, além de grande variedade de petiscos o dia todo.
