Destacamos, em especial, a atuação dos colaboradores, que se mostraram sempre cordiais, solícitos e altamente profissionais, contribuindo de forma decisiva para uma experiência positiva e acolhedora. A estrutura oferecida atendeu plenamente às expectativas, com ambientes bem cuidados, organizados e adequados tanto para momentos de lazer quanto de descanso. No que se refere à alimentação, ressaltamos a variedade, a qualidade e o cuidado na apresentação dos pratos, evidenciando atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com a satisfação dos hóspedes. De modo geral, a experiência foi extremamente satisfatória, reforçando a imagem do Resort Summerville como referência em hospitalidade, conforto e excelência no atendimento. Meu único apontamento é que a quadra de tennis deveria abrir mais cedo, diante do calor escaldante.

Os atendentes do Quebramar, principalmente Mislene, Dandara, Eliane, Ingrid, Allan e André, foram extraordinários! 10/10! A Maiara da excelência /setor de qualidade foi muito solícita e agradabilíssima conosco. Bangalô 503 bastante confortável, o único fator de melhoria é que o chão estava sempre um pouco sujo de areia. Como é na frente do mar, acho que realmente existe alguma dificuldade.

Gostei bastante do hotel, bem localizado, quarto amplo e confortável, os funcionários são muito simpáticos, vários pontos de bebidas e comidas, achei muito bom o restaurante da piscina que servia petiscos deliciosos e pratos com frutos do mar, o restaurante principal, além de achar um pouco pequeno, principalmente para o café da manhã, deixou um pouco a desejar na questão de opção de pratos.

Não aceitaram o upgrade para quarto superior de forma gratuita como informado no meu privilégio gold. Ofereceram um desconto para que eu pudesse ir para os bangalôs. Outro ponto negativo era a carne que na maioria das vezes estava dura ou cheia de nervo. Na praia, próxima ao Nanai, o Summervile oferece estrutura de barracas, mas as bebidas são limitadas a suco, água e cerveja, não são feitos drinks. Não há tb petiscos, somente biscoitos são oferecidos.
