Family owned and run Guest House

A lovely family owned and run guest house with attentive staff. Hygiene was paramount with alcohol gel and gloves everywhere. Standard spread for breakfast, tapioca pancakes to order. Some areas showing their age, but to be fair it adds to the charm. Rooms clean and well decorated, bed comfortable. Very convenient to walk to the busy centre of town, but the roads immediately surrounding were liable to flood in heavy downpours.

Muito boa a estrutura geral, simples mas adequada. Mas no banheiro precisa arrumar a tampa do vaso do quarto 13 e melhorar a descarga. O chuveiro também está folgado o ajuste de quente e frio. A piscina também precisa melhorar a limpeza. Atendimento muito bom, funcionários atenciosos! Precisamos de uma impressão emergencial e eles nos ajudaram. No geral, indicaria essa pousada!

Hospedagem nota mil

Pousada maravilhosa. Linda, aconchegante, confortável, limpa, organizada e funcional. Café da manhã maravilhoso e excelente atendimento de todos os funcionários, sem exceção. As meninas da cozinha são extremamente atenciosas e educadas, assim como toda a equipe. Boa localização, mercadinho bem na frente da pousada, pizzaria ao lado e próxima ao centrinho. Nina, a mascote da pousada, é linda e dócil. Me senti em casa. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes e só me hospedarei aqui. Hospedagem nota mil!!!

Estadia maravilhosa!!

A pousada é simplesmente incrível! Desde a estrutura até os funcionários. Começando pelos quartos, tudo muito limpo, novinho, ar condicionado gelando bem, toalhas e lençóis cheirosos, tudo impecável. Os funcionários são extremamente acolhedores, educados, solícitos. O dono e seu filho são maravilhosos e ficam o tempo todo preocupados com nosso conforto. O café da manhã é delicioso e as meninas são muito educadas e fazem tudo com muito carinho. Os meninos da recepção também só tenho elogios, Gabi, Jonas... O cuidado que eles tem pelos animais que ficam na pousada também é um diferencial, todos os dias alimentando os pássaros e a Nina, a mascote da Pousada é um amor e muito educadinha. Enfim, recomendo de olhos fechados. Sempre que voltar à Porto de Galinhas ficarei na Pousada Som dos Pássaros, sem dúvidas!

Gostei da hospedagem, instalações simples mas equivalente ao valor da diária, de acordo com a expectativa. Achei o colchão desconfortável, bastante surrado. É um local com muita vegetação o que torna o espaço lindo, mas atrai muitos pernilongos, inclusive o repelente de insetos que estava no quarto me causou uma alergia fortíssima, relato não para desabonar a pousada, mas para servir de alerta a outros hóspedes que assim como eu tenha alergia também.

Muito bom, porém sem estacionamento

Eu gostaria muito de dar o 10 . O atendimento foi bom , café da manhã , limpeza e a acomodação espaçosa e confortável . O que faltou pro 10 foi o fato de que no site informava ter estacionamento gratuito. Porém não é verdade , o carro tem que pernoitar na rua . Não tive problemas , mas esse foi um dos pontos que levei para em consideração parar escolher a estadia . Então a nota é um alerta para que se altere este item .
