Waiting time for a drink was too long, 30 min for a drink. Too noisy. Beach area with dirty and not clean. In the time that we stayed was no change of towels or sheets. Staff approaching was also inconvenient.
Estadia foi ótima, no entanto alguns pontos precisam melhorar.
O hotel é muito bem localizado, bonito e aconchegante. Fica de frente para uma das praias mais bonitas de Porto, mas anotei alguns pontos que necessitam de melhoria.
O hotel não dispõe de secador de cabelo nem ferro de passar roupa para os hóspedes.
O restaurante funciona com buffet e o menu a parte, porém as opções de comida a parte quase sempre estavam em falta ou com a qualidade bem ruim.
As barracas disponibilizadas para os hóspedes na beira mar não comportam a demanda.
A sala de jogos (sinuca, totó, ping pong) só funciona até 22h mas durante todos os dias quando fui tentar utilizar não foi possível porque estava tendo recreação infantil na sala.
Por fim, a abordagem dos funcionários tentando te convencer a participar da reunião da GAV para adquirir uma cota de multipropriedade é muito abusiva e invasiva.
Ótimo hotel, pé na areia, atividades para crianças e adultos com equipe de recreação, academia e opção de alimentação.
Só tive problemas no primeiro quarto que estava com vazamento de água dentro do quarto, mas a troca foi tranquila onde o próprio hotel realizou a migração da bagagens.
Ponto negativo, pessoal da GAV fica dentro do hotel tentando vender cotas e aborda os hóspedes a todo momento, acaba sendo chato.
Ótimo resort ! Em frente à praia de muro alto! Com parque aquático muito bom e quartos grandes e limpos. Os restaurantes são um pouco caro pra o que oferecem !
Hotel incrível! Area de lazer simplesmente perfeita. Equipe muito prestativa, educada e cordial. O treinamento deles foi excelente. Destaque para a Suelen da recepção que nos fez atendimento em excelência alem de acolher minja filha autista dando de brinde pulseira girassol.

Insatisfação com a Experiência no GAV Hotel/Resort
Gostaríamos de expressar nossa insatisfação em relação à nossa estadia no GAV Hotel/Resort, onde nos hospedamos entre os dias 29/12 e 02/01. Embora o hotel seja recém inaugurado, nossa experiência deixou muito a desejar O hotel estava superlotado, o que gerou uma série de problemas. Os preços são absurdos e não condizem com a qualidade do serviço oferecido. A academia e o restaurante estavam constantemente lotados, e durante o café da manhã, não havia mesas e cadeiras disponíveis para os hóspedes. Além disso, notamos a falta de funcionários, o que dificultou ainda mais o atendimento.
O serviço de Room Service foi precário. Pedimos uma pizza que demorou 2 horas e 50 minutos para chegar, demonstrando a total desorganização do hotel. O bar da praia também seguiu o mesmo ritmo, evidenciando a falta de estrutura e planejamento
Para agravar a situação, enfrentamos constantes abordagens de vendedores insistentes que tentavam nos convencer a comprar parte do empreendimento, o que foi bastante incômodo acreditamos que o GAV Hotel/Resort tem muito a melhorar para atender às expectativas dos hóspedes. Essa foi nossa avaliação durante o período em que estivemos lá.
