O funcionário Sebastião foi muito prestativo e gostaria de começar com este elogio. As camas do hotel são bem confortáveis e o café da manhã é bem completo, com frutas e opções doces e salgadas. O hotel está passando por reformas, mas a localização é excelente. A área da piscina deveria ter mais sombra disponível. O pessoal toma as mesas com sombreiros rapidinho e a zona é menor do que parece nas fotos, apesar de ter uma vista incrível. No mais, tudo ocorreu muito bem e a estadia foi bem agradável.

O hotel é fantástico, todos os funcionários, desde a entrada até o 17º andar, são excelentes, super respeitosos, educados e solícitos. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza, pois o banheiro do quarto em que fiquei hospedada, estava um caos de sujo: pelos de terceiros no box, toalhas com cheiro ruim e o vidro do box estava MUITO sujo. Mas isso não atrapalhou, decerto, a minha experiência positiva com o hotel. Inclusive, já estou programando meu retorno para Recife e, com certeza, ficarei novamente no Park Hotel.

Localização excelente: ao lado da feirinha de Boa Viagem, com vista para o mar e a 10 minutos do aeroporto. O quarto é amplo e estava bem limpo, porém achei o colchão desconfortável e o banheiro merecia uma reforma, que inclusive está acontecendo (Hotel estava em obras). Café da manhã bom, mas a reposição não conseguia acompanhar a demanda e varios itens ficavam faltando no buffet. Staff cortês.
