Infelizmente, minha experiência neste flat foi bastante negativa. O imóvel apresentava diversos problemas estruturais e de manutenção, comprometendo o conforto e a segurança da estadia. Logo ao chegar, identificamos tomadas sem funcionamento e fios expostos, o que representa risco e falta de cuidado com o ambiente. A TV não funcionava, o ar-condicionado do quarto também estava inoperante e a lâmpada da sala não acendia. O flat foi anunciado como adequado para mais pessoas, informando que havia uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. No entanto, havia apenas a cama de casal e um sofá-cama em condições precárias, muito velho, sujo e com presença de mofo, totalmente inadequado para uso. A limpeza também deixou a desejar. O fogão de duas bocas estava extremamente sujo, com acúmulo de sujeira e gordura. Durante toda a estadia, não houve serviço de camareira, e o lixo não foi recolhido em nenhum momento. Além disso, o atendimento na recepção foi despreparado e pouco acolhedor, sem suporte adequado para solucionar os problemas apresentados. Diante de tudo isso, não recomendo a hospedagem. O imóvel necessita de manutenção urgente, melhorias na limpeza e maior atenção dos proprietários para que possa oferecer condições mínimas adequadas aos hóspedes.

Apto sujo! Poeira, mofo nas paredes, frigobar e ate na tv. Janela nao trancava, risco pra quem tem criança. Camareira bate na porta sem paciência e insistentemente. Precisa de manutenção e uma boa reforma. Toalha veio com cabelo... nao recomendo.

Recebi com muita indignação uma ordem pra retirar a minha moto de uma vaga que estacionei no prédio. Alegaram que minha moto estava ocupando uma vaga de carro. Estava de fato, porém essa regra não tem nenhuma lógica, pois a vaga deveria estar atrelada ao apartamento alugado e não ao tipo de veiculo utilizado pelo cliente

Das Pool war komplett gesperrt ..Fassaden schön aber drinnen was ganz anders, als die Anzeige..viele platz in die Rezeption und keine Möbel oder was anders..die Umgebung war relativ gefährlich (favelas)keine Supermarkt und bus war sehr schwer zu finden, lange Kilometer weiter laufen muss. Ohne Auto,Katastrophe!!!fur uns Nie wieder!!!!

Estadia razoável, moveis da cozinha bastante danificados, instalações com fios a amostra, nao tem frigobar apenas uma adega que nem mantem a temperatura. Camas confortáveis e quarto bem limpo. Outro ponto negativo é que a piscina estava interditada e só fomos avisados após reservar e pagar a diária, e a mesma nao era reembolsável.

Os apartamentos sao otimos e a facilidade de acesso tbm ao predio tbm é positiva, porém tive problemas graves de comunicação, primeiro, não fui informado no ato da reserva que a piscina estava em manutenção, me informaram apenas depois de eu ter reservado, via whatsapp, depois me colocaram num quarto com uma cama de casal sendo que reservei um com duas camas de casal, e no final das contas me trocaram para um quarto com uma cama e um sofá cama, diferente do que havia escolhido no anuncio.
