Gostei muito do hotel principalmente de sua decoração! Tudo muito limpo e funcionários muito gentis! Perto de várias atrações turísticas e restaurantes, um ótimo café da manhã, a única observação é sobre os espaços reduzidos, no mais é um hotel de custo benefício que entrega o necessário.

O hotel é muito novo e fica em uma localização excelente para quem quer explorar a área mais interessante do Recife Antigo, a apenas duas quadras do Marco Zero. O único problema é que nos domingos as ruas ficam fechadas, e é preciso dar uma caminhada até a avenida principal pra pegar um uber ou um táxi. Talvez pelas condições da edificação original, que devia ser bem antiga e precisou passar por muitas adaptações, achamos o quarto um pouco apertado, apesar de contar com alguns recursos como ganchos e um nicho atrás da cama para tentar amenizar. Dentro das modernidades desses hotéis de charme, me agrada a pia fora do banheiro, mas neste caso o chuveiro e o vaso sanitário ficam em pequenos boxes separados por vidro jateado, o que achamos um pouco desagradável. Além disso, o vaso sanitário não contava com ducha higiênica, e obviamente nem haveria espaço para um bidê. Na prática, após tomar banho rolava um pequeno vazamento de água para a área do vaso sanitário, o que precisaria de reparos. O café da manhã é bom, talvez apenas com alguma lentidão na reposição, especialmente quando estava mais cheio. Havia a opção de pedir tapioca ou omelete feitos na hora, um ponto bastante positivo. Por sinal, o restaurante, no terraço do prédio, oferece ótimas vistas da cidade antiga. A equipe de funcionários é formada principalmente por jovens, em geral muito simpáticos. Mas houve um dia em que ficou faltando uma toalha após a arrumação do dia...

A localização do hotel é perfeita, pois ou aluno do Cesar de Doutorado. Mas é boa opção para estadia de negocios. funcionários e restaurante muitos bons! Como foi inagurado meio que "a toque de caixa", percebo um serie de falhas nos sistemas, serviços e moveis. Mas nada que comprometa a experiencia! MAs como é um hotel NOVO, não deveria ser assim!

Nossa estadia foi muito boa. Imóvel bem estruturado que até destoa do que se avista ao redor. O hotel fica em um ótimo ponto no Recife antigo onde é possível fazer tudo a pé. Café da manhã considero padrão de em relação às pousadas que nos hospedamos porém muito bem servido, com boa reposição. Funcionários solícitos. Único ponto ruim que nos trouxe problemas, não há estacionamento, o carro fica na rua, para tirar as malas tive que parar um pouco além pois nao havia como parar no meio da rua pois ia travar a passagem dos outros carros. Na noite que saímos nao haviam vagas na rua e tivemos que esperar alguém sair. E na hora de ir embora, ficamos travados por um carro que parou do lado de forma que era impossível sair. Tivemos que esperar a retirada dele para seguir viagem. Só essa observação negativa. Quem quer conhecer os recife antigo eu recomendo sim.

A recepção tinha equipe despreparada. Aos domingos o entorno do hotel fica fechado ao transito. Diante disso não conseguimos ter acesso ao transporte via taxi ou uber. O que me surpreendeu foi o fato da recepção não informar aos hospedes sobre essa situação. Quaser perdemos o voo por conta do atraso ocasionado pela falta de informação por parte do hotel. O atendimento no café da manhã foi bom, mas também falta preparo
