Café da manhã excelente tudo que precisa. Pessoal que faz o chekin ótimos fizeram com agilidade. Agora o pessoal da limpeza passamos 3 dias e nenhum desses dias fizeram a limpeza deixamos o aviso na porta que poderia entrar e mesmo assim nada. E quando chegamos o quarto não estava arrumado mas o chão engordurado. Localização excelente do hotel.

Quarto limpo, porém precisa de uma reforma urgente — especialmente nos quartos, com a substituição dos pisos escuros e dos carpetes nos corredores, que deixam o ambiente com aspecto antigo. A equipe é nota 10, não tenho do que reclamar. Inclusive, me hospedaria novamente neste hotel apenas pelo atendimento dos funcionários, que são excelentes. O café da manhã é satisfatório. A área da piscina também precisa de atenção: aparenta estar bastante abandonada e, no momento da utilização, a água estava suja, com uma película na superfície — possivelmente causada pelo uso inadequado de produtos para remover resíduos de cremes e bronzeadores. Isso deixou um aspecto de espuma/oleosidade na água. Os aparelhos de ginástica também precisam de manutenção e melhor conservação. Sugiro que a administração da rede olhe com mais atenção para a necessidade de reforma, manutenção e modernização do hotel, pois isso elevaria muito a qualidade da experiência.

A recepção é agradável, mas precisa ser melhor sinalizada para check in/checkout/informações. Os funcionários tentavam atender a todos, mas não agradava a todos, principalmente entre 12h às 14h. Cheila nos atendeu com excelência. Área da piscina precisa receber melhor atenção cuidado e limpeza. Café atendeu nossas necessidades. O elevador deve ter ventilador e não exaustor, pois é quente internamente. Ficamos no 12º andar (1203), esse andar é acessível por escada. Ou seja, você sobe de elevador até o 11° e dois lances de escada até o 12º. Para um idoso ou PCD a acessibilidade se torna ruim. As chaves dos quartos são cartões magnéticos, a recepção avisa para sempre deixar na recepção quando sair do hotel por risco de desmagnetizar. A cama de casal tem um bom colchão e tamanho, mas é baixa para uma pessoa idosa. Lençóis e toalhas de banho desgastados do tempo, porém limpos. Para a troca você paga uma taxa. Sugestão: renovar. Piso ainda antigo, sugestivo para realizar manutenção, colocando um sobre piso moderno (tipo: vinílico). Banheiro atende as necessidades, tomada elétrica na pia, espelho grande, bom chuveiro com água quente e fria, toalha de piso, papel higiênico (2 rolos) Porta da varanda estava com problema de fechar, só mantinha fechada com chave. Cortina blackout. Móveis antigos, em bom estado de conservação. Precisa só mantê-los e revesti-los. Internet e TV, atendem a necessidade. Interfone com bom funcionamento. Oferecem estacionamento pago.

Acomodação ok, não é um hotel de luxo, simples, mais bem limpo. O café da manhã atende, não tem muitas expectativas, é o básico que funciona. Pontos negativos: o quarto não aceita mais de 1 cartão, isso dificulta para quem divide o quarto com outras pessoas. O checkin demorou bastante, e as cortinas não deixam o quarto totalmente escuro.
