The WiFi in the room kept cutting out and was a bit better in the lobby. The room was small and dark and the bathroom taps required a lot of effort to shut them off. There was no hair dryer in the room and it took three attempts with the non-English speaking receptionists to borrow one. Douglas on reception who spoke English was very helpful but wasn’t there often. He said the rooms were recently refurbished but they didn’t seem like it. The bar was very poorly stocked-no white wine and no Bohemia or Eisenbahn beer.

Péssimo!! O mínimo que uma acomodação deve ter é higiene, e esse hotel não leva isso a sério, eles não trocam a roupa de cama quando sai um hóspede e entra outro, quando fomos dormir tiramos a colcha da cama e o lençol de baixo estava todo sujo cheio de cabelos do antigo hóspede, isso já era quase 22:00, liguei na recepção e demorou quase 1 hora pra camareira ir trocar o lençol, e caímos no azar de não conferir as cobertas tbm, mais tarde vimos que elas tbm estavam sujas, com cheiro de suor, confirmando que eles não trocam as roupas de cama, só dobram e esticam os lençóis, no outro dia de manhã fui pegar o cabo do celular que caiu no chão do lado cama e pasmem, era tanta sujeira que chegou a dar nojo! Nunca mais volto nesse hotel e não recomendo

Café da manhã excelente em qualidade e variedade. Funcionários eficientes e atenciosos. Boa localização, sendo um bom meio termo entre Boa Viagem e o Recife Antigo. Quarto bom, mas apresentando alguns problemas que não prejudicam o conforto, mas ruins do ponto de vista da sustentabilidade: descarga que não desativava totalmente e frigobar com porta que não fechava. Academia bastante limitada. No geral, uma ótima experiência.
