Worth it for the experience and breach front!

When I arrived with my kids they helped me to check in. After I saw the bedroom, which was not with a smart tv and the ac wasn't working, they send someone to see it. Downstairs, I spoke to Eduardo, and he was very diligent to find us another accommodation that would provide the comfort and needs we had. The costumer service provided by him was above and beyond! I had previously spoke to stuff members and they weren’t concerned about costumer satisfaction and the costumers needs, when Eduardo accommodated to make the customers happy. I love the restaurant, the food is delicious, the breakfast is amazing, stuff friendly and respectful. Ac amazing, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets. They also provided more pillows and towels as I needed. I have nothing negative to say! View is breathtaking.

Destaques: cama enorme e confortável, ótima ducha, bom atendimento e muito bom café da manhã. Mas o destaque especial fica por conta da vista espetacular no quarto com varanda de frente para o mar. Já os pontos negativos ficam por conta dos ralos com pouco escoamento da pia do banheiro e do box, e uma pequena infiltração do chão do box que deixava o chão do banheiro um pouco molhado toda vez que utilizavamos.
