O flat entrega exatamente o que promete e estava tudo conforme o anunciado. O acesso é muito fácil e a localização é privilegiada: a praia próxima é incrível e a área da piscina é excelente, especialmente para quem viaja com crianças. O único ponto de atenção é que a churrasqueira não estava disponível para uso. No geral, vale muito a pena!

O condomínio já conhecia. É otimo. Com relação ao apartamento algumas observações que são fáceis de serem resolvidas: Éramos em 2 pessoas. Só tinha 1 prato de sobremesa, 1 jogo americano. Apenas 1 toalha de louça. Quando chegamos o vaso estava entupido. Tive que desentupir. Armário da cozinha estava com o fundo quebrado. Tabuleiros bem sujos (nas tinha um tabuleiro de pizza, por exemplo). Alguns talheres quebrados. Um acendedor do fogão (botão faltando). Os controles da televisão nem sempre funcionavam.
