Brand new, fully furnished and equipped apartment, located in a condominium with a paved street, 200m from the main street in the center of Porto de Galinhas, where the best bars and restaurants are located, with easy and quick access to the best stretch of beach and natural pools, giving guests the possibility of not needing transportation to get around, so they can enjoy a beer or drink of their choice without worrying about the DRUNKEN DRIVING LAW. We have a rooftop with a wonderful pool where you can wash off the sea salt and cool off after a day at the beach. There's also a viewpoint for contemplating the sunset and the beautiful lagoon near the condominium in the late afternoon. Flat 310 faces east, is located on the fourth floor which allows for excellent natural ventilation, and features a comfortable double bed with a trundle bed to accommodate one more person, a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning (12,000 BTU) and a fan, a bathroom with an electric shower, a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your meals and snacks, a beach chair, and a cooler to help you save on your beach bill.
