It’s a great hotel. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. It was ok. Bathrooms are renovated and nice. AC works great. They give 2 pillows per bed. I thought the room was a bit too tight. The staff is excellent. Breakfast is really nice, but the same thing every day. When you’re there for a week that matters a lot.

Hotel muito bonito e bem cuidado, com estrutura impecável e ambiente agradável. O atendimento da equipe é um ponto muito positivo. O Marcelo, que trabalha no turno da noite, foi simplesmente incrível: muito atencioso, receptivo e cheio de dicas valiosas sobre a cidade que fizeram toda a diferença na nossa estadia. A equipe do café da manhã também merece destaque pela simpatia e atenção com os hóspedes. O único ponto negativo foi o conforto das camas, que deixou a desejar e comprometeu um pouco o descanso. Esperamos que esse ponto seja revisado, pois prejudica uma experiência que poderia ser perfeita. No geral, recomendo o hotel e voltaria com certeza, especialmente pela qualidade humana da equipe.

Hotel bem localizado e com bom café da manhã. Quanto a limpeza os corredores estavam sujos os três dias que fiquei. E um dos elevadores quebrou também, então ficou meio caótico um elevador para todos os hóspedes. Além disso o cartão que usa para subir toda hora desmagnetizava. No demais, um bom hotel. De bom custo benefício ✅

o quarto estava limpo e camas boas mas o quarto era pequeno para 3 camas e 3 adultos. tinha goteira no corredor escorrendo do teto... poderiam ter nos colocado em outro andar.. o encanamento com a chuva que caiu de noite era super barulhento parecia que tinha agua escorrendo no quarto o cafe da manha era muito bom... variedade e tudo estava bom
