New house in front of the natural pools of Serrambi, 40 meters from the sea, on the paved beachfront avenue, near the Serrambi sports court, with 2 floors, first floor and 1st floor, fully furnished, 4 bedrooms, all with split air conditioning with remote control, 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite, all with glass shower enclosures, living room with 32" TV and Sky, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, 6x3 pool, kiosk with barbecue and bathroom, balcony with partial sea view, parking for up to 3 cars. Energy consumption is charged separately, 1.28 kWh, around R$ 30.00 to R$ 50.00 per day, depending on each family's consumption. We do not provide bed linen. A shower is available, but if you absolutely need one, we can arrange it, however there will be a charge; please inquire.
