Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Switch off electricity (box at entrance) and send meter code to landlord, same for water (below kitchen sink).
Put keys back at outdoor locker box. If not penalty is 200€ for exchanging the lock.
Trash in the bins at the entrance of the parking street (key is colored on the chain at the wardrobe).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
