The room was filthy, the window curtain falling down, The one window privacy blind wasn't even there. Where the sink meets the vanity top was filthy black dirty. The shower floor was slippery when it was wet very slippery. There were marks near the toilet paper roll that looked like feces. Looks like there was no dusting done where the towels are kept. They didn't tell us that we had to put our dirty towels out in the morning on the floor outside the door in order to get new clean towels. Behind the one chair in the bedroom The dust was so thick you could see it. In addition or trip was finished sooner than was expected and when I spoke to the person at the front desk they would not refund my third night that I paid for and did not stay. I have stayed at comfort inns before that have been way cleaner staff was much more friendly and accommodating. Will not be staying in this hotel again and I travel to Reading quite often.
