Upon entering the room there was a dirty wet rag up on the shelf that held the TV. When we pulled back the covers the top sheet appeared wet, but it was actually so wore that it was stretched and discolored. The man that checked us in should not be in customer service as he was very stoic and unfriendly. He never greeted us or made eye contact

Located in safe area. Only hotel in the area. Overpriced for what they offer. TV was horrible picture. Very small rooms. rooms were clean as long as you didn't look under the bed. Did have a mold / mildew smell in the hole building. The breakfast was less than what was offered up the road at the gas station.

My initial room was very clean to my satisfaction and cozy. It was however very cold in the 50's when I got there & there was no heat, no blankets provided. Floors extra squeaky. No heating options provided over 2 days and no microwave in room. On Thursday after a second complaint I received 2 blankets. I requested a room change. Front desk was unwilling. Sent to a room which was infested everywhere with ants even inside the fridge. Toilet was dirty. Sink does not drain well. Hallways very noisy. I forgot my phone charger plugged in the previous room 6hrs after the switch. i called front desk. It was not left @ front desk by housekeeping or found anywhere in the room when he checked and room was cleaned. I requested to speak to the manager or the assistant which was out on vacation apparently until the end of the month. No other options given. Unable to use my phone or tablet for the rest of the evening. I didn't get back charger until following morning as I was about to check out with no explanation, remorse or apology. Only 2 persons were empathetic during my stay maintenance guy Fred and the lady serving breakfast on Thursday 10/16. Very dissappointed with front desk.None of these issues were my own cause. A simple space heater & microwave added to the original room would have been perfect for me. I didn't want to move or even want a large room on the 3rd floor. just needed a place to rest after working at the nearby hospital. Sorry I left for better options and services.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and didn’t experience many major problems except the maid left our door propped open the entire day we were gone. Nobody ever addressed our concerns when we brought them to the front desk or took ownership of the fact that all of our belongings were exposed for anybody to just walk in. There really are not any other options in Hamburg, so would we say again yes, because we have to, however, there’s lots of improvements that could be made. The floors were extremely creaky and noisy so I can only imagine how the person below us must have felt. it was clean and the “continental breakfast “ was lacking fresh options but they did offer packaged pastries, and some basic things like cereal and fruit. for $100 a night I would have thought we would have gotten a little bit more in a little bit of a nice facility if you stay, just make sure that your room is secure if you are not there.

Decent stay, there was urine all over the far side of the toilet down the side and on the lower part underneath.. a lot.. had puddled and dried.. the one bed had the mattress flipped, it sunk in noticeably in the middle and hurt my back. But the mattress being FLIPPED. Even with a thin padded thing. Sheet was inside out and the sheets had some old stains on them? I mean everything was washed. The light behind that bed did not work. The refrigerator was on plugged in so we could not use it unless we waited hours for it to get cold. Shower head was a basic one and it didn’t spray evenly but had good pressure and got nice and hot so I didn’t mind. A lot of the room and mirrors had not been dusted.or vacuumed under the desk. TV definition was quite poor and grainy. Now we went to see a concert- my son and I and it was to sleep in for about 8 hours and shower and go. But it definitely should be cared for better.. actually completely cleaned. Use some stain remover or the sheets including the covers on the mattress under the sheets. Buy a new mattress if they’re broken! Don’t flip it so it’s harder.. clean the toilets everywhere.. I don’t even think the floor was REALLY cleaned in the bathroom? Clean mirrors. Vacuum all over.. plug the fridge in if someone reserves the room.. I mean it was 140$ for the night, but it doesn’t matter. People are coming to sleep and bath there? Just lazy housekeeping?… please do better.

The elevator needs to get inspected. It’s loud and I can hear it from my room. Something is wrong with it. It was actually scary. You need doors that are automatic opening doors at the front. It’s hard to enter the hotel when your hands are full because you have to use the door Handle. I think you need to upgrade the rooms and paint the walls. The walls look like they have just been touched up with primer. I’m currently in a Hampton Inn and it is a much cleaner room.
