Staying at my home ensures a comfortable and peaceful stay in a friendly neighbourhood while providing easy access to local attractions and transport links. Whether exploring Prospect Park, indulging in culinary delights, or discovering Reading's rich history, this property offers a delightful and memorable stay in Reading, UK.

The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones—step outside, where the garden terrace awaits to elevate your stay.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are four bedrooms. Three bedrooms with double beds and one room with two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathrooms contain all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Please note that only one bathroom has a shower.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home with ample parking space.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Reading is a large town on the Thames and Kennet rivers in southern England. It’s known for the annual Reading Festival, an outdoor rock music event. Shops and riverside restaurants dot the town centre.

The Reading Museum contains exhibits on the town’s history and displays a Victorian replica of the Bayeux Tapestry. The ruins of the 12th-century Reading Abbey lie beside Forbury Gardens, a Victorian formal garden.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Reading Green Park, is just a 7-minute drive.

Heathrow Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
