Disliked: Cleanliness
Trotz Buchungsbestätigung kein Zimmer bekommen. Über 4 Stunden an der Rezeption verhandelt, versucht Vermieter zu kontaktieren, mit FEWO geschrieben und telefoniert eine reine Katastrophe. Zimmer Trotz aller Bemühungen nicht bekommen. Der Anbieter des Apartment hat das Zimmer aber immer noch online stehen zur Vermietung in der von uns gebuchten Zeitraum.
