OCCUPANCY LIMIT 7 This centrally located 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home on Frye Island is close to all the wonderful amenities that Frye Island has to offer. 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, ballfields, cafe and general store. Best of all there are 14 wonderful community beaches to enjoy on Sebago. The large sandy beach 6 is the closest to the house and is less than a 3-minute walk away. The downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms both each with 2 twin beds. There is additional sleeping in the loft with another twin bed. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE

Fabulous location in walking distance to some of the best beaches on the island. The house is well equipped and spacious. Was easy to self-check in with a code and the kitchen had everything we needed.
