Come stay on our beautiful property that consists of 57 acres, fresh farm eggs and enjoy the gorgeous mountain views! You will enjoy the country where you can see the Milky Way, enjoy peace and quiet or go exploring. We are 21 miles from Bass Lake, 28 miles from the Southgate entrance to Yosemite and Mariposa Grove and just 5 miles from River Creek golf course. Raymond is a small town with a historic following. We live in the middle between Ahwahnee and Raymond.
The space
You will stay in our 2 bedroom guest house where you will have your own driveway. When you walk into the home, you walk into the living room with a couch and 65” TV. The kitchenette has a microwave, gas burner stove, small sink with garbage disposal, kitchen island, plenty of counter space, a coffee bar and a full size fridge. An air fryer is provided but there is no oven. One bathroom with a shower. One room has a California king bed. The second room has a set of bunk beds and a sofa bed. We also have a queen sofa bed in the living room, air mattresses and 2 cots. Home can sleep 6 very comfortably.
Guest access
Please note that we live on a dirt road that is bumpy. We have virtually no neighbors. We live in the main house next to the guest house. You can see us as much or as little as you like.
Pet friendly: Yes our place is pet friendly but your furry friend MUST be listed on the reservation. There is a small pet fee but more importantly this is a working ranch and our ranch dogs need to be properly secured if another pet is coming. Neglect in listing your pet on the reservation could result in an unnecessary altercation with one of our animals and an immediate cancellation with no refund. Other things to note
We have a hot tub , pool, play equipment as a shared space. We have three cats on the property named Smudge, Skittles and Fang please do not pet them. They keep to themselves for the most part! We also have a male Shepnee dog, female german shepherd and a male shepnee puppy that stays with us in the main house, outside and in an outdoor pen. We also have 2 goats.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. A kitchenette is outfitted with a stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed.

Lovely views. Apple Maps suck

Loved the spot, it was wonderful to have a place with the dogs and being understanding. DONT USE APPLE MAPS TO GPS THERE! No fault of the Vrbo owner, but the gps didn’t show the location of the home correctly causing us to go down an extremely poor dirt road. Use google(or other) it rerouted and got us there at the correct spot. Thank you! Loved the goat.

We arrived after 7 hour drive and pool and hot tub was filled with water that was full of dirt and sticks were never able to use either. The road in to property was not good on my car 4 wheel drive won't have any problems but average passenger cars won't be able to go over 5 mph. Dog was a joy

Scenic Drive and Beautiful Sunsets

Goats, pups, birds and bats. Decided to take a few days away from Southern Cali and did not regret it. The property has a beautiful pool, and more! There were goats and friendly pups that didn’t overstay a greeting. Melissa is a wonderful host. The house is close enough that if you need help she’s easily accessible, but also provides privacy! I don’t think I’ve slept as well as I did in years. Thank you for the home away from home feel and being pet friendly l.
