Passing through.

The girl at the front desk, was sleeping on a mattress on the floor in the back room when we checked in. She was rude and was in her pajamas. 2 other customers were very unhappy when we were checking, and told us not to bother, leave. Should've listened. Outside doors didnt lock, felt very unsafe. Over all this property gets a rating of, F - I would not suggest nor would i stay here ever again.

The hotel generally looked haunted. No cars in the lot peeling paint I got into the lobby. It smelled horribly like mold. I tried several times to get somebody come to the counter and nobody was there. I just walked out and got a hotel in a different place.

Worst motel I've stayed at in 77 years. Shower full o pink mold, ice maker doesn't work, alarm clock doesn't work, too a half hour and 3 tries to get one. Drove 650 miles and I was tired and the desk clerk acted like it was a big inconvenience to find an alarm clock that worked. Do not stay here! 🤑

Reasonable in Rawlins

Hotel off Interstate with reasonable rates. Outside appears like it could be abandoned, but rooms are fresh and comfortable. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant adjacent to hotel.

TV was broken in room. We reported it & were told the service was down but never got it working. The front desk person didn’t show up until 3:30 when check in was at 3:00. The ice machine was broken. In the early morning, the person cleaning rooms was streaming music over his phone very loudly to the point it woke me up.

Staff was less than happy about helping with the fridge in our room. When the man came to check it out — he pulled the tv cabinet out to plug it in, trash was behind the cabinet and he just left it. Ice maker didn’t work nor did the coffee maker. Overall very disappointed. They didn’t care.
