The property is large and met all our needs, it is well equipped and has got a large pool that we used during out stay. The 4th bedroom is at the outhouse which provides privacy/cuts noise for those wishing to stay up late, arrive late, or a quiet space away from everyone but near every one.
Communication was great with the management and they reported each time the cleaner was due.
A few negatives would be the property needs some basic maintenance i.e. pool needs regular cleaning, some of the flag stones, tiling needs regretting and replacement. Renew some of the sun beds, they are just old, and lost their shire, the rattan seating in functional but very tired the base his held up using tree branches. There was bit of mould in the main bathroom and the was bulky waste (old mattress and furniture at the side of the property )
The air con in the main bedroom was not blowing cold and we had to move because of it and the bed was broken (it was replaced near the end of our stay) we could not turn off the aircon the front bedroom which contributed to a high cost of electric on check out .. bear in mind the elctricty meter is calculated on all dials (odd but that's how they do it) The gate is manual so you need some strength to open it and if your are returning late the security light doesn't work.. bit scary late at night... Hopefully its because of C19 restrictions and not having customers the owners have let the property go,,, but its a excellent size
