The Beachfront hotel review. This hotel was rated 5 star. The room, the bed and cleanliness of the room was for me 5 star which was excellent. However the rest of the hotel looked more like a 4 star hotel. The food was very average and the worst part of the hotel was the actual Beach. This hotel is called the beachfront hotel however the beach was a 2 star. the beach was dirty and the ocean water un swimmable. in conclusion, if you want to have an amazing room in the area and don't care about the rest of the hotel or the beach this is your spot.

Room and staff were great! This said, the noise in the hallways was horrible, people returning after a night of drinking were screaming, banging on doors and just unruly. There should be staff supervising this as it happened each night of our 4 day stay. Location is far from the tourist area and the beach is absolutely disgusting. Once again, staff were wonderful and the room was clean and had everything we could need.

The room was clean and the pool was nice. The restaurant was also good. Please note that the reception is NOT 24/7 as indicated…I found myself in a difficult situation when I arrived due to my plane being late. Luckily a security guard was able to contact a housekeeper, who let me in. The hotel staff made up for the miscommunication with a restaurant voucher, so I was happy.

Expedia sold the hotel as a 5 stars its not. The hotel is okay the staff is really nice. The room was nice and big but no view and the pool way to cold to swim in and beach you can't swim it the there. If you are Muslim the hotel cater to you perfectly, if you are not and like bacon to your eggs in the mornings this is not the place to stay.

They were so kind and always willing to help out without even asking, but I did find a cigarette butt in the pool that stayed there the entire time that I was there. I booked this hotel because it was heavily discounted on Expedia, I certainly wouldn’t pay full price for it. As others have mentioned, it’s a little tired and lacking care. My room was basic, not particularly clean or well maintained, but it had everything I needed. The hotel facilities are also very basic, don’t expect too much. The main problem was the noise. I came in high season and lots of people were here to party, so I got very little sleep. That’s not the fault of the hotel, I just probably won’t come back to this part of Phuket.
