Spacious Private Pool Villa

Villa features include 2 separate bungalows: the big bungalow has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, built-in cabinets, a safe, a table and chair, a fridge, a TV, patio with 6 chairs with pool view. And the other bungalow is a one-bedroom with an en-suite huge bathroom, bathtub, built-in cabinet, safe, living room with TV, and outdoor sitting with a pool view.

RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning once per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe
RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

Please note: Upon entering the property, you will see the owner’s house but the owners are not around. The bungalows for rent are just at the back near the swimming pool.
