This modern two storey villa with a private pool features a spacious open plan design with dining and kitchen areas. The living area is complemented by four well appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms overlooking the swimming pool with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor.
Also a terrace with outdoor furniture bedside the swimming pool, master bedroom balcony, and a private parking spot in the front of the house.
Prepare your own meals and beach snacks if needed. Everything for self-catering is provided, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster & cookware.
A flat-screen Smart TV with cable channels and high speed Wi-Fi connection is available for you to work online or entertain after a day out.
Electric usage of 50 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is included.Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave.
