This was a scam I paid for 2 weeks and I had to stay one night, the next night I have to find a new place for 13 days. I ask Giovanni for my money back he was very disrespectful over the phone. It is located in the worst area of Ravenna near train station is very dangerous homeless prostitution terrible the whole thing was a nightmare. This is my first bad review i am always pretty happy anywhere but this is a scam. A lady that was there the next morning she was insukted by phone by Giovanni. I hope he can change his behavior and make improvements to the house also he has cameras everywhere! But the location still no safe.
