We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing, they accommodated us with bikes in the morning, We met up with the rest of our family and they went above and beyond to welcome us all in the lobby. The area is a 3 minute walk from the train station and 15 minute walk to the square where you find restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend.

We chose this hotel for two reasons. For its location to the train station and for its port shuttle service, both of which worked beautifully. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were a little disappointed in the room with its tiny shower and the Motel 6 feel of the room. Still it met our need for the one night we were there.

Hotel is a very short walk from Ravenna train station. Staff was very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable, although a bit dated. We took advantage of the free cruise shuttle. Comfortable smooth and timely ride. Thank you so much! Breakfast was small but tasty, especially the daily cakes! We would stay again if in Ravenna for a cruise departure or to visit the Dante corridor.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great location.

Very conveniently located just a short walk from the Ravenna train station. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was pretty basic but clean and comfortable. Big bonus for cruisers as the hotel provides a free shuttle to the cruise port (which is actually quite far away).
