The two-room apartment is located on the second floor, just a few meters from the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare in Classe, and is 15 minutes from downtown Ravenna and Mirabilandia, and about 20 minutes from Milano Marittima and Cervia.
It features air conditioning, a smart TV, and free parking. On the first floor, there is a restaurant and pizzeria; on the first floor, a convenience store. Just a short walk away, you’ll find a bar, ice cream shop, newsstand, tobacco shop, and pharmacy. There’s a bus stop right in front of the house, and the train station is about 300 meters away.
