The staff at this hotel were wonderful. Expedia had made an error in our reservation dates and refused to fix it… but the hotel fixed it up no problem, no fees. The property also helped arrange travel to and from the airport/train station. They were very accommodating! The hotel itself was cute and right next to the central Ravello square. Would come back!

Pietro is an EXTREAMLY, warm, charming professional host! Breakfast was delicious, and he made sure we were full!! Pietro made reservations for our anniversary that were perfect! Il Ducato di Ravello was everything we wanted for our stay at Ravello- it is a very comfortable and nice hotel. What we liked was how close it was to the town center. The room was very spacious with multiple closets and spacious bathroom - the staff were amazing and breakfast was a feast every morning - highly recommend!
