Rousa is a charming guesthouse in the heart of Oberrasen, in the beautiful Antholz Valley. Here, a traditional farmhouse meets unique design and a cozy atmosphere.



The “Cosy” mini-apartment on the ground floor is about 20 m² and features a king-size bed, wardrobe, satellite TV, and safe. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, filter coffee machine, and Italian moka pot.



The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, towels, and hand soap.
