Upstairs, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds – one of them additionally equipped with a baby cot. The fourth bedroom is located in the attic. In the living room, a large sofa bed offers extra space to relax or sleep. Two bathrooms – one large and one smaller, both with showers – provide flexibility for groups. Two of the bedrooms feature air conditioning to keep you cool even on warm summer days.

The open, fully equipped kitchen connects directly to the covered terrace with barbecue, perfect for sociable evenings or breakfast in the garden. Children can play and adults can unwind in the private garden, while the fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days. A separate garden lounge invites you to play, work or simply spend time together. The villa also offers a balcony, garage and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi.

The Garden Villa is located centrally in Rastatt (Lochfeldstraße 13) – with direct access to shops, restaurants and the city center. Within a few minutes, you can reach Rastatt Palace, the Murg Valley, the Black Forest, Baden-Baden, Alsace and Karlsruhe. Thanks to its convenient location, the house is perfect for both vacation stays and business trips.
