This beautiful villa is located in Diminići, near Koromačno, and is the ideal choice for families and those who want to explore the east coast of Istria and enjoy the natural beauty!

Visit the medieval town of Labin (15 km), walk through the narrow streets and enjoy a delicious lunch in one of the restaurants. The nearest beach is at 4 km and the beaches at Rabac are less than half an hour away. You may avail groceries and dine at restaurants only 4 km away from your stay.

In the fenced garden, you have a private swimming pool, sunbeds, a covered terrace with a dining table, barbecue, a roof terrace with a sea view, a jacuzzi, table tennis and table football at your disposal.
