The house offers a stunning panoramic sea view of the Kvarner Bay. It is situated in a quiet area, making it ideal for families with children and pets. The centerpiece of the property is a refreshing swimming pool, reserved exclusively for your use. The pool area features comfortable lounge seating, six sun loungers, and an outdoor kitchen. The house is spread over two levels: the ground floor includes a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor, which houses two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a covered terrace attached to the house, as well as a second terrace by the pool. The property is air-conditioned (with two units) and equipped with Wi-Fi. Amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and an LCD TV with satellite channels. A barbecue is available in the garden.
Everything surrounding the house including the garden terraces and swimming pool is available exclusively for guests use and enjoyment. Guests have full access to the ground floor and the first floor along with the private entrance for added convenience and privacy. The owner resides on the second floor in a separate area and will not have access to the guests designated spaces. The owner does not have access to this areas during your stay.
Private parking is available directly in front of the house. Several restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. Free parking is available at the beach.
