The beautiful and modern house with pool is located in a small Istrian village Kunj. It is located about 15 minutes drive from the tourist town of Rabac and its beaches, the most beautiful in Istria.
A relaxing experience in the quiet environment.
The house is an excellent starting point for tours around Istria for visiting the wine routes and medieval towns. A private built pool is located in a large green garden. The house is fully fenced. Enjoy complete privacy!!!
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a large comfortable sofa and a TV.
If you would like to explore Istria in a different way, there is (depending on your free time) the opportunity to visit some of the hidden and unknown places in our region.
My goal is that guests can relax completely and forget about the stress and the problems of everyday life and that their vacation remains in a beautiful memory.

Das Haus war ein Traum. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Probleme. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns einige Tipps gegeben. Es war rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub wo man die Seele baumeln lassen konnte. Immer wieder gerne.

Das Haus liegt auf einem schönen großen Grundstück, mit Grill-Kamin im Garten und viel Platz für die Kinder zum (Fußball) spielen. Ein herrlicher Pool mit Dusche und Beleuchtung bei Nacht runden die Anlage ab. Innen ist das Haus top ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich wünscht: Backofen, Kaffemaschine, Mikrowell, einen Riesen-Kühlschrank und ein noch größeres Tiefkühlfach und Waschmaschine. Die 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder sind top ausgestattet, sehr hochwertig und neu. Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls inklusive. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und hat auf zwei Seiten des Grundstücks nicht mal Nachbarn. Das ist auch der einzige Grund für einen Stern Abzug bei der Lage: Für jede Besorgung muss man ca. 20 Minuten nach Labin fahren. Aber das ist es wert, wenn man dfaür die restliche Zeit einfach seine Ruhe und Nachts den wunderbaren Sternenhimmel genießen kann. Einfach nur empfehlensert, wenn man abschalten will

Tolles Haus in einem kleinen Bergdorf

Das Haus ist exakt so, wie es die Bilder zeigen. Tolle, einsame Lage. Ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Labin mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Spar, Plodine, Consum).Die Besitzer haben den Pool regelmäßig kontrolliert und gereinigt. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe mit einer Tiefe von ca. 140 cm.Klare Empfehlung für dieses Objekt! Haus ist sehr sauber und hat einen wundervollen, großen Garten mit einer 2. Sitzmöglichkeit unter Bäumen beim gemauerten Grill.Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt.Abwicklung über Roberta war super. Bei Fragen hat sie innerhalb kürzester Zeit reagiert.Wir haben viele Strände in der Umgebung besucht. Hier muss man Fahrzeiten von ca. 30 Minuten bis 1 Stunde einplanen.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus mit sehr gepflegtem Pool und großem Grundstück sowie schönem Ausblick auf die istrischen Berge. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.Kunj ist nur über äußerst schmale und schlaglochreiche Straßen zu erreichen, die Anfahrt ist erst erst mal abenteuerlich.Die nächste Stadt Labin ist nicht weit entfernt, hier gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine sehenswerte Altstadt.

Das Haus war sehr schön für uns war es wichtig wegen unserer Kinder das dass Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Leider war das Gras sehr ausgedörrt, so das man nur darauf mit Schuhen laufen konnte. Pool auch TOP sauber :)

Zwei tolle Wochen

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (3/6) zwei schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Viel Platz und gute Ausstattung. Pool wird von den Besitzern zweimal die Woche gereinigt/kontrolliert. Etwas abgelegen, man braucht definitiv ein Auto. Dafür fahren dort nur wenige Autos. Gute und nette Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Roberta.

Etwas zum Ausspannen

Ein modern eingerichtet Haus, in sehr schöner und ruhiger Lage. Das Haus incl. Grundstück sind sehr sauber. Das trifft auch auf den Pool zu, der zudem alle 3Tage geprüft und gereinigt wurde. Die ruhige Umgebung kann man vor allem am Abend auf der Terrasse genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Urlaub im Juni

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und dem Grundstück inkl. Pool. Die Kommunikation ging immer sehr zügig auf deutsch und/oder englisch. Wir haben Ausflugstipps bekommen, die wirklich teilweise Geheimtipps waren. Leider ging die Klimaanlage kaputt, worum sich aber auch gleich jemand gekümmert hatte. Wegen der Lage des Hauses braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto (Einkauf/Strand...), dafür hat man aber auch so gut wie keine Nachbarn. Für uns definitiv das Beste. Der Pool war ständig in Benutzung von uns und war absolut sauber. Wir können einfach nur danke sagen für die schöne Zeit in Kroatien.

Das Ferienhaus ist modern eingerichtet, super sauber und hat einen tollen Pool. Die Lage ist ideal für Ruhesuchende, weit vom Trubel entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und unkompliziert.

Einfach wunderbar!

Wir waren (2 Erwachsene) für zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Objekt. Es ist exakt so wie es beschrieben ist. 2 Doppelzimmer und 2 Kinderbetten. 2 Bäder + Waschmaschine, geräumiges Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbrereich. Eine tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf den großen Pool. Im großen Garten befinden sich ein Steingrill, ein weiterer Essbrereich und eine Schaukel ;). Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und sofort. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen und können dieses Ferienhaus zu 100% empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Roberta und Familie Zupanic.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Auch wie letztes Jahr alles bestens. Zudem wurde das Grundstück eingezäunt und mit einem elektrischen Tor an der Einfahrt versehen. Daumen hoch und wir kommen wieder. Gruß Familie Markert
