Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The check-in process was poorly organized, and the reception staff were unhelpful and lacked professionalism. Upon arrival, our room was not ready, and we had to wait for more than an hour. We only received the room after the hotel manager intervened. In addition, the breakfast and dinner buffets were very limited in both variety and quality, falling well below the standard expected of a hotel in this category. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

If u get offer price then it is worth. I paid premium because it was eid holiday. I had to wait 20-30 min for buggy. The hotel was also crowded. Do clearly tell them to park your car in a clean place. There is valet parking. I gave a clean car and got back dirty car with lot of dust. The reason they gave was it is an open parking hence dirty. I will give 0 rating for parking .
