Unique in that this private home has been purpose built with the needs of the overseas visitor specifically in mind. An idyllic location situated on the Western side of the island where the days are extended with the late afternoon sun and added bonus of the beautiful tropical sunsets.

The home consists of 3 bedrooms, walk thru wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms lie off the 2 main bedrooms that open out onto the wide spacious verandah and face the lagoon. Super king-size beds in each main bedroom one of which can be separated into singles and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. A third bathroom serves the third bedroom and the remainder of the house. All bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. All windows and doors are security and insect screened

The modern kitchen with full stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker is well stocked with all the kitchenware you will need for your stay. In the laundry there is a washing machine and dryer plus plenty of linen, towels and beach towels.

The spacious lounge/living area is comfortable for those stay at home days and an indoor dining table seating up to six. Sliding doors extending out onto the verandah with warm sea breezes make it an ideal climate and the verandah the perfect place to fire up the BBQ, entertain and dine alfresco. Two circular tables seating four a piece complete the outdoor dining experience.

From the verandah you step down to the cool and refreshing swimming pool [there is a gate at the top of the steps for those little ones] and the white sandy beach and blue lagoon is ten metres beyond that. There are also a number of sun loungers around the pool to soak up the sun.

Arorangi is home to a number of good restaurants and two of Rarotonga's art galleries. A convenience store for the day-to-day basics is one minute’s walk.

There is wifi at the house, in order to activated it you need to buy a wifi card from any shop showing the telecom “e” sign, or buy a “data pack” online using a credit card.
