everything about this place was accurate to listing. it was so nice and clean! it was a pretty central location to the places we wanted to go. The cabin was adorable and we loved it!

Nice piece of upper peninsula. Hunting and fishing enthusiasts dream. Clean and comfortable and well provisioned.They definitely had a consumer in mind. I would go there again.

Great view! Great location! Awesome wood interior! Worked well for a family road trip. The water smelled but its a cabin in the woods. Got to see live deer and turkeys, as well as some stuffed ones. I accidently went to the wrong cabin and the property manager answered right away and offered great help:D

Literally off grid

For a first timer being nervous it was really good. All the things it said it would have it had and more. It was nice to be off the grid and away from people. Plenty of bath towels and extras. I was use to a gas grill and this was a charcoal, so needed to provided own charcoal. But otherwise it had all the things to make meals as far as utensils went.

The cottage was pretty much as described and I really enjoyed staying there. It does have a cute old-school cottage vibe, and I loved the taxidermy. The furniture and the beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was clean, there was a new stove, although we didn’t use it, and they had a Keurig and a drip coffee pot both which were good.The cottage itself, the wood walls and wood floors, were very clean. The only reason I knocked it down a star is because the bathtub was a bit older. And it must be the Well, the water in the bathroom and when washing the dishes has a very strong, sulfur smell.But it was very comfortable watching TV at night inside and having coffee on the porch in the morning.Definitely a good value for the money and if I needed to be in the area, I would stay there again. We stayed there for the proximity to Fayette State Park.Enjoyed eating at both the DOCK in the town of Garden and the log cabin restaurant outside of Gladstone. I would recommend both although they’re not super close by.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. There was adequate clean linens and towels available for the entire stay.The water at the cabin has a significant chemical smell.When we stay at the cabin again, we’ll be sure to bring water for drinking and cooking.The hosts responded quickly, efficiently, and politely to any questions or concerns we had.Overall, our day was very good except for the issue with the water.
