Everything was great and the manager was very helpful and pleasant. Problem was with the Coffee Maker in the room as it was missing the coffee sliding tray to put in the coffee. There was no one at the front desk at 7 am.

Our flight got delayed due to weather, I called hotel to tell them we would be checking in late. They said that was fine. So when we did arrive at hotel, they had giving our rooms away. So they got paid for our 2 rooms twice. They refused to give us a refund. Poor way to do business. I would never recommend this hotel.

Horrible experience, by the time we arrived to the hotel .. there was no staff, the person there helping us was another guest from the hotel .. we reserved 5 rooms and they only had 1 , they open the door of another guest trying to give us his room at the end they made us .. 5 families, stay in 3 rooms , the rooms where dirty , and they stank so bad , they open the room of one of us at 11 pm looking for some one . And the next day there was no one there to help us get proper rooms .. we had to leave and get another hotel.
