Welcome to the Pickle Cottage -- our charming, design-forward 1940s retreat in the heart of Rapid City. Just minutes from downtown and an easy drive to Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Badlands National Park, and Wind Cave National Park, this cozy one-bedroom cottage is your ideal base to explore some of South Dakota's most iconic landscapes.
Spend the day in the Black Hills, and return home to soak in your private hot tub, rally on the pickleball court and unwind in our spa-like shower.
The Pickle Cottage balances vintage charm with thoughtful details and modern comforts to ensure a restful stay whether you're visiting for a couple days or a few weeks.
When you stay with us, you'll have access to:
- A living room complete with a spacious Article couch that doubles as a comfortable sleeping for two (available when booking for three or more guests) and a stunning 55" Hisense Canvas TV
- A quiet bedroom retreat with a queen-size hospitality grade bed and a 40" TV
- An updated bathroom complete with a spacious spa-like shower. You'll also have access to our washer and dryer.
- An open concept kitchen including a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee station and more. This small and mighty kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking tools. And if there's anything you're looking for in particular, please feel free to ask.
- A flex space with a dedicated workspace, reading nook, and two yoga mats
- High-speed Internet (1 Gig) is available throughout the property
