The hotel was good, breakfast was good, checkout was good, the front desk check in was not. The check in clerk had a bad attitude was disrespectful, impatient, charged an extra $100 on my visa at check in and acted frustrated having to explain the overcharge. At 4:30pm she told me she had given our reserved room away and it went south from there. Everything about the hotel was good except for the front desk check in. Oh and the WiFi was a lame, having to rejoin frequently and forced to watch the same ad video.

our experience at this motel was very good and started with the lady that checked us in, very accommodating!!! Our room was clean and the heater was set prior to our arrival at a very nice temp so not freezing when we walked in!!! We had a 2-night stay and maid service was offered but we declined, just wanted additional towels. The breakfast may need to be worked on a bit. However, that did not ruin our stay. The friendly staff throughout our stay and quiet, clean comfortable room are what we wanted and that was awesome!!!
