The entire house and property

Replaced mattresses in August 2024 to address feedback from guests on firmness.

The open and inviting entry way leads into the kitchen and dining room where you'll find a modern kitchen with plenty of seating and stainless steel appliances.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you need to cook your standard meals including a toaster and Keurig coffee maker with an initial stocking of K-cups, tea bags, creamer, and sugar/Splenda.

There is a sliding glass door leading to the patio where you can grill or relax with a view toward the golf course and the Black Hills. Move up or downstairs to watch TV, relax on the sectional with powered recliners - great place to take a nap or enjoy a movie - able to watch free TV channels or sign into your own streaming services. Games are provided for everyone's enjoyment (Ticket To Ride, Monopoly, etc.)

This home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and three car garage. The upper level includes the living room with 3 powered recliners, bedroom, bathroom and the awesome master suite with inset trayed ceiling, tv, a large walk-in closet, bathroom with a custom tiled shower, double vanity plus there is a 14x12 bonus room off of the master with a sofa bed, exercise bike, and foosball and air hockey games. The lower level includes a large family room with the 3rd TV, 2 more bedrooms, bathroom and finished laundry room.

No street parking at any time.

NO PETS
Due to owner allergies, pets/animals are NOT allowed on the property, inside or out, at any time. Guests who bring pets/animals in violation of house rules will be financially responsible for all sanitization that is required post-stay to eliminate allergens.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking anywhere on the property may result in $500 cleaning fee to deodorize the home.

NO PARTIES
No parties are permitted on the premises.

Please confine eating to the kitchen and patio eating areas.
