The staff were amazing, nice and helpful. The facility itself left me wanting better. The pool area was cold, the pool was cold, and the fixtures in the pool area were rusted and worn. The metal water fountains had rust all around them, the metal door push to leave the area was rusted, and the ladder to climb out of the pool was loose and not attached at the bottom. In our room, there were multiple water stains on the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom tile had cracked and missing grout, much of the caulking around the fixtures was discolored and/or peeling away from the wall, the shower water got barely warmer than lukewarm, the shower-head sprayed crazy all directions and it was a very unsatisfying shower experience. The pull out couch bed was very worn, the mattress not providing enough cushion to hid the metal bars beneath it.

The lady in the breakfast need to change her attitude the 2 day she make us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not just me that notice other guests where say the same thing. For sure i was not staying for free for her to have that bad attitude. I dont think i would be back to this hotel i would not recommend going for breakfast either same menu everyday and you will see a bad attitude of the lady
