Our reservation was for six people and the room was not stocked with sufficient towels. We were also clearly planning to use the sofa bed and there was not bedding in the room for the sofa bed. It took multiple tries to get sufficient towels. Geesh! The desk chair has seen waaaay better days…

In sharp contrast to the Baymont nearby, the staff here were very polite, professional and helpful. I will be staying here again for sure…and encourage anyone to choose this over the Baymont any day.

The reviews on Expedia were great, which is why I booked it. Unfortunately it appears that they are slowly remodeling rooms, and I got two that weren’t. The room had a couch, but you couldn’t see the television from the couch. In my dad’s room the a/c unit sounded like it was going to fall off the wall. In my room the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. I was very unhappy with the condition of the room compared to the reviews.

We have stayed at this property before abou 5 years ago and it was great. Thisntime the walls walls in the hallway were dirty, the picture when you walk off the elevator on floor 4 the glass was out of it and there was blood on the picture. Our sheets on the beds didnt fit the mattress and it kept rolling up. I just expected more.
