You'll Fall in love with the wooded acreage this home sits on just north of Rapid City and freedom park, walking distance to Rapid River is just part of the magic this location has to offer. You'll find that you are close to it all and yet conveniently tucked back away from the main road leaving you feel truly secluded in the woods where you’ll find abundant wildlife walking through the yard while you enjoy reading a good book or having that morning coffee while planning your day. There is Plenty of parking on the premises for a toy hauler, boats, or ATV's ! “Pine Meadows” is a new home model that's offered by New Wave Home Designs - it offers individual climate control in each room.
Due to being a newly constructed you'll find some areas with bare sand we are in process of planting grass.
“Pine Meadows” is one mile from Torch Lake sandbar with lake access to 5 beach lots and 2 boat launch's.

Spacious newer two bedroom home with 1.5 baths. Clean and well organized. Rooms are on opposite ends of the home for privacy. More than adequate kitchen. Owner was accommodating and responsive to messages. Five minutes from torch lake. Would stay here again. Great for 4-6 guests. Didn’t use the outdoor area in the winter, but there is a nice fire pit and backyard. Owners live on the 38acre property.

The house is in a great location and only about a 30 minute drive from traverse! Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect with two bedrooms and a good location! Debbie is a great host and left a welcoming basket along with messaging to make sure everything is good. The house has everything you need when it comes to dish/cookware and coffee!
Plenty of wildlife, saw lots of turkeys and a few furry friends.
