At first it was skeptical because the property is under construction. It seems they are adding a few rooms and possibly an elevator. The room was spacious and comfortable. It’s in the middle of a small town with a craft store a short walk away. There is a river walk and a cafe also within walking distance. The breakfast was good and would have probably cost $50 (for two people )if you had to pay for it somewhere else. The key system lets you conveniently leave the hotel and reenter should you try to catch the northern lights in the middle of the night.

Looks like they are doing some remodeling on the outside, but it seems like the rooms have recently been remodeled. Very comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced room. Had a few hot options in addition to the regular continental breakfast items.

The property was currently under construction. It seems that they are adding more rooms. So, there was some pounding and construction noises going on. The stay was pretty nice. Comparable to the accommodations we experienced around most of Iceland. I wish they would've informed us about the construction before we showed up, but they did not.

Right on the Ring Road, this hotel was a convenient stop for the night, with an excellent, hot breakfast. The room was spacious, and though the facility was a dated, the restaurant area had a rustic charm that we loved.

Older hotel with dated lobby and open areas, but our room appeared to be recently renovated and was pretty nice. Very quite. Attached restaurant is family style. Everyone was very friendly.

Comfy beds, free breakfast

We were so exhausted, we all fell into the most comfortable beds and slept. The place was a bit dated but none of that mattered as everything was clean and wonderful. The only drawback is that the free breakfast came with spoiled milk and got all of us sick from drinking it.
