Disliked: Cleanliness
This property owner did not send me information on how to get into the unit. Upon arrival at the address, the property looked to have people in it, there was a cat in the window, toys, cleaning supplies on the porch and a car in the driveway. The door was not answered nor repeated text messages. I had traveled from Hawaii and had to find another place immediately. I called VRBO 3 times and was told a manager would call me back, I never received a response back. I am still trying to rectify this matter.
