The kitchen features rich wood cabinetry, dark granite counters, and stainless steel appliances, with a sink window and pass-through counter that both look straight out onto the golf course. The open living and dining area has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, plantation shutters, and a wood entertainment center, while a separate family room offers a second spot to unwind in front of the TV. A dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also on site. The home includes an attached two-car garage.



OUTDOOR SPACES

The covered back patio is finished in saltillo tile and set up with a dining table for six, lounge seating, and a built-in gas grill, all framed by an iron gate that opens directly onto the golf course fairway. A shaded front entry courtyard with a mature olive tree welcomes guests at the door.

The bunk room includes a built-in trundle bunk bed with a twin bed on top and queen on bottom, extra storage, and shelving, perfect for kids or extra guests. A second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with a mirrored closet, and the primary suite features a king bed, a wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower.
